Philips conducted a co-create workshop in order to develop a global creative platform based on their new Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
I partnered with Brand Communication & Digital Design at Philips to bring to life the employer brand marketing communications, content and campaigns. The creative platform developed during the workshop was ‘Embrace the Unexpected’ and this was the foundation of their core messaging for both internal and external team partners to generate a range of content. The project also involved the co-development and delivery of new EVP photography brand guidelines for the company, across all their markets.
